AKA: Balls of Power (BOP). Agave sweetened energy bites using raw cacao nibs and other high fiber and energy rich foods for a quick pick me up.

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well distributed and combined. You can lessen or increase the agave nectar to your liking. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and roll into 1" balls. Place in air-tight container with wax paper or parchment in between layers. Keep refrigerated.
