This was really easy to make. Not giving stars because I used regular sugar and cream cheese so I can't speak to the flavor as written. But it was good for us!
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked (peeled)
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
