Found this ice cream cocktail on cooks.com. It uses a Scottish liquor, Drambuie. Posted for ZWT6.
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
OH pool Boy... May I have another please? Smooth, creamy and deliciously potent- Don't let this one fool you! I used Butter Pecan ice-cream and got the blender to do a better job blending by adding a bit more Creme de Cacao. Made for ZWT 6 by a fellow Unruly Under the Influence.
