  1. Stir first seven ingredients together and pour over ribs.
  2. Marinate in fridge overnite mixing occasionally.
  3. (adding more garlic is our personal preference) Dip in fine cracker crumbs.
  4. Deep fry approx 5 minutes.
  5. Prep time includes marinading overnite.
  6. Time approximate- Probably few hours sufficient too!
