Bomber Cookies

"These are extremley good and ridiculously simple. I used to whip up a batch and send them with my hubby when he went on a mission. Now I whip up 2-3 batches because all the guys at his squadron love them. I never time cookies (I just keep my eye on them) so the cook time is approx. I hope you and your family enjoy and God Bless"

  1. What a great recipe! Simple and quick.. and moist! I used trail mix, 'cuz that's what was in the house... peanuts, raisins, butterscotch chips, m&m's and even a few bits of dried pineapple. Even that mix baked perfectly in these cookies... Can't wait to try them again, and try another addition. These mixed, baked, and were ready to eat in a total of 30 minutes start to finish! THANKS

  2. I used white chocolate chips and made for hubby and his work buddies. He came home and said that he almost didn't get one before they were devoured! Quick and enjoyed by many!

  5. Very easy recipe. Dough is very stiff, so I just rolled in balls and flattened slightly. My nephew thought these cookies were "da bomb". Thanks for a great recipe.
