Great easy meal when you're squeezed for time. Garlic curry sauce is terrific.

Delicious! I broiled these because I thought the smoke from the grill just wouldn't go with these spices. I used ground turkey, but a mix of white and dark so the meat wasn't dry at all. What a quick and easy thing to make on a weeknight. This would be great food for watching football too! Thanks for sharing! Made for Rookie tag game.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It's super flavorful. I cut way back on the mayo and add replace it with more yogurt to make it even healthier. This is my revised sauce:

Garlic Curry Sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Mix ingredients and let stand at room temperature while preparing sliders.

I was so hoping that the interesting ingredients would camouflage the turkey meat. But that didn't happen. Although the ingredients did stand out the turkey was so dry that I could only eat 1/2 a slider. DH ate two of his. I used slider mini buns that I toasted. They were so cute. I also served the tomato, cucumber and red onion on the side. Thanks for letting me try your recipe.

We enjoyed these little butt-kickers (mine were a tad spicy from the chili powder for us, so we had lots of milk at the ready). VERY interesting flavor (and I mean that in a good way!) and we're usually not fond of poultry patties/burgers....but the sauce drew us in. :) Thanks for the recipe!

These were delicious! DH and I really enjoyed them, and since they're so healthy we can enjoy them often. The sauce definitely makes these something special! I can actually see using the sauce for more than just the burgers as it's just delicious. I did make a mistake, though! I tasted the sauce before putting it on the burgers and found it a bit strong (both garlic and curry), so I added more yogurt to tame it a bit...but once it was on the burgers I was wishing I'd left it alone; we needed more sauce than we would have otherwise. However, with the additional yogurt it could almost be a garlic-curry dip, so I suppose I didn't mess it up too bad! ;) This is definitely one of our all-time favorite turkey burgers! Thanks for sharing your recipe, Annacia!
