An easy way to make your own curry paste. Enough for one serve of Bombay curry, so feel free to double or triple the recipe to have some on hand.
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1⁄2-1 teaspoon chili powder
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix well.
