This recipe goes well with a variety of Indian dishes. No bicycles were harmed in the preparation of this dish.
- 7 fluid ounces yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 lime, zest and juice of
- 2 ounces shredded coconut
- cayenne pepper, to dust
- In a food processor, blend the yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, lime juice, zest and coconut.
- Spoon into a bowl and chill for 1 hour.
- Dust with a little cayenne pepper and serve.
