I made this exactly as posted, except I used thin-sliced chicken breasts, which don't take long to cook on the grill at all. I actually ended up marinating the chicken overnight, using a hot curry powder. The chicken was moist and full of flavor. This is so easy to put together. I will be making this again!

This was a nicely spiced chicken dish, and I'm glad I tried it. Due to inclement weather, I used our indoor grill, so I didn't get great grill marks. However, this was a very moist breast, and the spice was just 'different' enough. Served with rice and a green salad, this made for a tasty dinner from another land! Thanks for sharing, Nif.

I used bone-in thighs and mild curry powder to make this delightful chicken dish. We enjoyed it very much and will make it again. I served it with your raita recipe and garlic rice. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT 8.

Yum - loved this chicken! My curry powder was hot and we loved all the spicy flavor. I coated boneless skinless breasts with the oil/spice mixture and let it sit for about an hour before cooking. Served with your Cooling Mint Cucumber Raita and really enjoyed - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for ZWT8, Chefs gone WILD!
