This goes well with a ceasar salad and some garlic bread.
- 1⁄2 lb ground Italian sausage
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 3⁄4 cup marinara sauce
- 1⁄3 cup red wine
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Saute sausage in olive oil until browned.
- Add marinara sauce and wine. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add rice, cream, and parmesan cheese. Simmer 5 minutes.
