      This is the easiest, fastest (in terms of chopping stuff) and best tasting Bolognese sauce I have tried. I had tried quite a few different ones prior to this one, but my search has finished. I'm sticking with this one for the duration. Thanks, Feast Your Eyes!!

      Wonderful sauce. I used bacon instead of pancetta and 1/2 & 1/2 for the whole milk. We ate part of the recipe and froze the rest. Used Phil's Italian Sausage for the Italian sausage.
