A delightful way to make bologna more tasty. It's best on a toasted 12 grain bread, but just as good on toasted white, Enjoy.....

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb unsliced your brand bologna
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise


  1. On a box grater or meat grinder shred the bologna.( Maybe ya meat man will grind it for ya).
  2. Add your pickle relish.
  3. Add your mayo.
  4. Stir ingredients together.
  5. Best when set over night, even better, the day after.
