Bok Choy Salad

GREENS
- 1 bunch bok choy
- 1 bunch green onion

DRESSNG
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar (or less to taste)

NOODLE MIX
- 1⁄2 cup pdiced almonds
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (50 ml) package mr noodles, crumbles (noodles only)
directions
- Rinse and dry bok choy. Break up leaves and chop stalks. Chop green onion into medium-sized chunks,.
- Combine dressing ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes; allow to cool. Brown noodle mix items in a frying pan.
- Just before serving, combine the noodle mix and dressing with greens. Serve immediately.
- Makes 8 side-dish servings.
- NOTE: You can change this just a little bit by reducing the sugar by 2/3 and adding chopped orange segments.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
