This wa "ok" but I think it needed a little more seasoning in the meat. Also, I love bok choy and its flavor gets lost in this. I will be trying this again and kick up the quantaties a little of the seasoning. It was good dipped in a mixture of soy sauce and rice vinegar. Oh, and I dont know what size your wonton wrappers are, but there is no way 1/4 cup of the filling will fit in mine. I used a teaspoon or so in each.
