A delicious dish whose savoury flavour compliments almost any meal.
- 1 baby bok choy, chopped
- 1⁄2 white onion, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup green beans, ends removed
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Stir fry the white bok choy stems, onion, and beans for about 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy greens and cook until wilted, about 1 more minute.
- Season with pepper and serve.
