My husband made this dip for celery last night to go with my crunchy hot wings. Yummo, move over Emeril!
- 5 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 ounces sour cream
- 3 ounces mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 1⁄2 lemons, juice of
- crushed red pepper flakes
- Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Can also be mixed with a vinaigrette for a delicious blue cheese salad dressing.
I made this to go over a lettuce and hard boiled egg salad. It tasted great! The lemon flavor really came through! Made for Newest Zaar Tag game.
