  1. Love a good BELT though don't normally have cheese (I used sharp cheddar) and I usually use b-b-q sauce, so the mayo made a very nice change and I used wholemeal/wholegrain toast bread and all in all made for a very filling lunch. Thank you Cooks4_6, made for Photo Tag tag game.

  2. Yum!!! used Texas toast and extra bacon and tomato because I *LOVE* bacon and tomatoes :) I love this sandwich at BE... The only thing missing was the slaw and fries :)

  3. This is delicious and really hit the spot for a quick lunch! Made just as stated. Thanks for sharing.

I am originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to Ohio in 1978. It was quite a culture shock going from the city to living next to the Amish. I spend most of my time cooking, cleaning and caring for my four kids. I have abandoned cookbooks and now cook from favorite, wilted recipe pages and the internet. I fell in love with my Italian family recipes (Scavo, Rotella, Scalzo, Micelli, Grande, Gigliotti) and my Mom's homecooked meals.
