Adapted from Bobby Flay. A condiment for Tandoori Spiced Chicken recipe.
- Toss the yogurt, mint, and cilantro into a food processor or blender. Blend until everything is well mixed. Salt and pepper to taste. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
Made this to serve with ID #389311. Nice blend of flavors with the mint and cilantro. The yogurt was a cooling contrast to the heat on the chicken. Very easy to put together.
