- 1 tablespoon spanish paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried ancho chile powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Mix together all ingredients. Will keep in cool dark place for 1 month.
