A dear friend made this for me after I had my second child and I had to get the recipe.
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2.46 ml dry mustard
- 78.07 ml rice vinegar
- 236.59 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 4.92 ml poppy seed
- Mix first 4 ingredients, beat hard and fast With hand blender.
- Then add oil, beat again and add poppy seeds.
I cut the sugar by 1/3 and cut the salt to 1/2 tsp. Served over a salad of baby greens, peach slices, kiwi slices, blueberries and diced red onions, it was very tasty!
Excellent recipe. Served this dressing drizzled over spring greens with mandarin oranges and pine nuts.Enjoyed by all. A recipe to be repeated and saved in my favorites file. Thanks for sharing
