This was in an advertisement for Bob Evans Sausage in a magazine. Looked delicious.
- 453.59 g sausage
- 453.59 g package wonton wrappers
- 236.59 ml shredded monterey jack cheese
- 236.59 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 118.29 ml ranch dressing
- Preheat oven to 350. Crumble sausage in medium sized skillet. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain. Spray mini muffin tins and insert wonton wrappers to form a small cup. Bake 5 minutes in preheated oven. Allow wrappers to cool. Mix sauasage, cheeses, and ranch together. Fill wonton wrappers. Bake 10 minutes until bubbly.

My husband and I really liked these sausage cups. They were a hit with the kids too.
These are tasty little bites! I used Recipe #391617 for the ranch dressing and added some chopped onion, because we love sausage and onion together. We'll definitely be keeping these around! Thanks for sharing!
