I got this recipe from Blaine's Low Carb Cooking on Discovery Health.
- 4 cups daikon turnips, cut into french fry size
- 1⁄4 cup soy flour, seasoned with
- salt and pepper
- peanut oil
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Heat oil to 375 degrees.
- Fry in batches for about 10 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Season with Old Bay.
I saw Blaine make these and was intrigued and then found the recipe here.Never in a million years think these would be as good as they are.It even fooled an extremely picky 9 yr old.
