  • 1 12 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 12 ounces Amaretto
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • grenadine

directions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add rum and amaretto, shake well.
  • Pour into a hurricane glass filled with ice, add equal parts of orange and pineapple juice; float a dash of grenadine on top.
  • Set back in your beach chair and feel the ocean breeze.

  1. Back in the 70's I used to make a drink similar to this to take to outdoor concerts. A 1 gallon thermos, ice, 1 bottle of amaretto, and filled with orange pineapple juice. It tasted so refreshing!
