I had this coctail in Las Vegas at BOA in Caesar's Palace and this tastes EXACTLY like the original. Thanks!

I thought it a strange combination indeed, but suprisingly VERY tasty!!! I highly reccommend folks give this a whirl! I'll be making this one again. Thanks for posting a delicious cocktail/dessert, Amanda! **Made for ZWT4**

Wow - this is such a unique drink using strawberries and balsamic vinegar! I would have never guessed at this combination for a drink! I made exactly as described except although I didn't use the black pepper - it tasted great without it, so I didn't think it needed it. Made for ZWT4.

I had a leftover of sliced strawberries so I used maybe more than 2 strawberries. This is very good. The vodka is hard to taste even though it's still potent. DH was surprised how good this was. We ate the muddled strawberries after LOL Thanks Amanda. Made for Beverage tag.

I LOVE this drink! The bite of the balsamic vinegar and black pepper temper down the sweetness of the strawberries and sugar syrup. I love the way the bits of strawberries and pepper look floating in this drink. Wonderful recipe I will make again soon!!

Whew! I loved this. I used Absolut Peppar Vodka, which must have given this an extra kick ;) I expected this to be sweet, but it was balanced perfectly. Wow, who would of thought strawberries, vinegar, pepper and vodka would become a great combo. I'll make this again. Thanks for sharing. Cheers ~V

I love strawberries and I love balsamic vinegar but I can't believe how good they are together in this cocktail! If you do not like overly sweet drinks this one is for you. You can taste the strawberries and the taste will make your guests wonder what the mystery flavor is. Fresh gound pepper gives it a nice bite!
