After making some homemade raspberry liqueur I have been searching for ways to use it. I decided to try and create a little something and this is the result. It is the type of drink I enjoy... not to strong, and not real sweet. The name is a little silly, but Dh and I couldn't settle on anything better lol.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 28.34 g raspberry liqueur
  • 14.17 g Amaretto
  • 141.74 g 7-Up soda, lemon lime soda
  • ice

  1. Combine the raspberry liqueur, amaretto and 7up and pour over ice.
  2. You can use more or less 7up to your personal tastes.

I made this and it was pretty good. I used a framboise raspberry liqueur and it made it real rich in raspberry flavor. I probably would of liked it with a sweeter raspberry liqueur like dekuyper brand. Im sure whichever brand you use, will give it a different taste since the raspberry is so prominent in it. Thanks for the recipe, I will try again with a different brand next time and try it out.

We made these last night using 50/50 (its a mixer soda pretty much can only get it in WI) they tasted great. We also liked just the rasberry with the mixer. Very nice and quite a pretty drink. We will be adding these to our yummy drink list and making them again.

I did not have any 7-up but I did have some lemon-lime seltzer. This was wonderful. Not too sweet with the seltzer and very refreshing. Made for Beverage Tag.
