1. So delicious and very healthy! Made this drink for breakfast this morning and it was just enough for DH and I to share. Sooo glad that I purchased blueberries while on sale to freeze for just an occasion as this. It's also a great way to use up bananas that are getting too ripe. Made for PRMR, July, 2013.

 2. Great start to the morning. I used no ice, and used a tad less blueberries, to get more of a banana taste. Had a great flavor. Made for PRMR Tag.

 3. The blueberries and banana make a delicious pairing of flavors, while the bright citrus note from the lime juice takes this smoothie to the next level. Thanks, loof, for sharing this enjoyable smoothie with us!

 4. Mmmm......this was delicious, and that's coming from a person who is not a lover of bananas!!
DH and DD (aged 5) both loved this too, and battle lines were drawn, as we all fought over it.
A great smoothie loof, thank you xx
Made for PRMR.

 5. Well, nuts! I just realized I forgot the lime juice, after going out and buying limes today. Nevermind, this is delicious even if you are as forgetful as I. I froze my banana slices, threw them and the blueberries into a beaker then covered with probably closer to 2/3 or a cup of kefir instead of milk. No ice. I used my immersion blender. It turned out like a milkshake - thick and icy and creamy. Very nice on a hot day.

 2. Yummy! I don't usually do smoothies cause it's a pain to clean the blender but this was sooo worth it. I used lemon juice instead of lime and splenda instead of sugar and it was great. My little girl loves blueberries and bananas so this was a big hit with her. Thanks, loof! Made for PAC fall 2009.
