Blueberries, OJ, yogurt and banana - a powerful punch of antioxidants and vitamin C. From SuperFoods by Steven Pratt, MD.
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries or 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 banana, very ripe
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend on medium until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve.2.
