I did these last September for a Wedding luncheon up at the big house. They were delicious and the presentation was fabulous. As you can see I opted to use small round tart tins as they were part of a trio of desserts I served. I used the recipe from the Last Course cookbook so I didn't make the lemon cream. I highly recommend this dessert if you are looking for something that will impress.
