This syrup is perfect to top french toast, waffles, or pancakes with. Putting some orange juice in it really makes it yummy.
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- In a small bowl stir together orange juice and cornstarch, set aside. In a small saucepan mix together blueberries, sugar, and orange juice mixture.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Amazing! We followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious over our pancakes this morning! So easy too! It's definitely a keeper! Thank you so much!
Tasty syrup! I used fresh blueberries and freshly squeezed orange juice since I had fresh blueberries and oranges on hand. I served over Blueberry Pancakes. Thanks for sharing!
Turned out great. I only used a pinch of sugar and it was still very sweet. Will use this recipe again for sure!
