This syrup is perfect to top french toast, waffles, or pancakes with. Putting some orange juice in it really makes it yummy.
- 59.14 ml orange juice
- 14.79 ml cornstarch
- 283.49 g package frozen blueberries, thawed
- 14.79 ml sugar
- In a small bowl stir together orange juice and cornstarch, set aside. In a small saucepan mix together blueberries, sugar, and orange juice mixture.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Tasty syrup! I used fresh blueberries and freshly squeezed orange juice since I had fresh blueberries and oranges on hand. I served over Blueberry Pancakes. Thanks for sharing!
Turned out great. I only used a pinch of sugar and it was still very sweet. Will use this recipe again for sure!
