mmm! The family raved about this cheesecake! I used homemade fresh blueberry sauce in place of the pie filling. I worried about how it would turn out, with so few ingredients. It also took me a lot longer to get it cooked in my oven. I added the juice of a small lemon to the batter. Will make again! Super easy to do with the kids. Thanks!

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, beating just until combined.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Drop 1/2 cup of pie filling by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the cream cheese mixture; cut through with a knife to swirl the pie filling.
  5. Bke at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
  7. Chill for 2 hours.
  8. Top with remaining pie filling.
