- 177.44 ml granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 473.18 ml flour
- 2.46 ml salt
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 1.23 ml lemon extract
- 1.23 ml almond extract
- 9.85 ml poppy seeds
- 78.78 ml milk
- 473.18 ml fresh blueberries (best with fresh) or 473.18 ml frozen blueberries (best with fresh)

- 118.29 ml packed light brown sugar
- 44.37 ml flour
- 9.85 ml cinnamon
- 44.37 ml butter
- 118.29 ml chopped pecans
directions
- Heat oven to 375°F Grease a 10" springform pan.
- Cream together butter, sugar, and egg.
- Blend in flour, salt, baking powder, extracts, poppy seeds, and milk.
- Fold in blue berries.
- Combine topping ingredients using a fork or pastry cutter. Sprinkle over batter.
- Bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
