My neighbor (misscrys79) brought hubby and I a plate of this salad this evening and it was very good. I especially liked the vinaigrette on it. Had a nice zip to it....something different than your everyday dressing. I love that she used maple syrup in place of the sugar and that she used walnut oil. That gave it depth. It was beautiful salad, something you would want to set in front of company. She also put Recipe #265648 on it. Yummy! Thanks for posting this.

  1. Divide spinach among 4 plates. Garnish each plate with radicchio leaves.
  2. Top spinach with pecans, blueberries, bleu cheese and chicken slices.
  3. Prepare vinaigrette:.
  4. Whisk together shallot, bleuberries, sugar, salt, raspberry vinegar and vegetable oil.
  5. Drizzle over salad.
  6. There will be some dressing leftover. Store in the refrigerator and use within a few days.
