This sauce is used for both my Blue(berry) and White Cornbread and Blueberry & Sausage Bake.

Directions

  1. ½ CUP SUGAR.
  2. 2 Tbsp cornstarch.
  3. ½ cup water.
  4. 2 cups blueberries.
  5. ½ tsp fresh lemon juice.
  6. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Add water and blueberries. Heat on medium heat, stirring continuously until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Serve over the blueberry and sausage bread.
