- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen blueberries, thawed do not drain off juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine water and cornstarch and cook over medium heat until dissolved.
- Add blueberries with any juice and cook over, medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
- Cook 2 minutes longer and then let cool.
