  • In a medium saucepan, combine water and cornstarch and cook over medium heat until dissolved.
  • Add blueberries with any juice and cook over, medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  • Cook 2 minutes longer and then let cool.

  1. This would make a huge amount as written. I quartered it (just make sure you quarter all the cornstarch, too. I didn't the first time I tried it, and you could bounce quarters off the stuff :D ). I also ran the fruit through a food processor first.
