This would make a huge amount as written. I quartered it (just make sure you quarter all the cornstarch, too. I didn't the first time I tried it, and you could bounce quarters off the stuff :D ). I also ran the fruit through a food processor first.

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water and cornstarch and cook over medium heat until dissolved.
  2. Add blueberries with any juice and cook over, medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  3. Cook 2 minutes longer and then let cool.
