Blueberry Protein Breakfast Smoothie With Greens

This is a very nutritious, vitamin/antioxidant packed, power breakfast that is surprisingly light and a delicious (and tricky way to get kids to eat their spinach.)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces light vanilla yogurt (or any flavor)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 12 cup spinach (frozen or 1 handful of fresh spinach)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
