A great way to start your morning! I made this recipe up trying to get rid of some frozen blueberries. Now I have it multiple mornings a week on my way to work
- Throw everything in a blender (use chop ice setting if available) and blend for 5 minutes or so.
Loved the smoothie. I added a banana for sweetness and 1/2 c milk.
I just made this smoothie and it is AWESOME!! I did not use the ice as the frozen blueberries take care of the coldness. I did add a little bit of Almond milk as it was blending till it looked to be the right consistency, because there needed to be a bit of liquid, it was too thick otherwise! The best part is it was perfect amount for 1 smoothie!
Made this with some peach yogurt that I had, & the blueberry/peach combo made for A VERY FLAVORFUL DRINK! Even used the ice this time around, which is something I don't usually do! Thanks for sharing a great smoothie recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick A Chef]
