  1. Great pancakes. Fluffy and light and the cinnamon is a nice touch. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  2. I'm another one who included additional blueberries (almost doubling the amount) & then served them with a bit of honey butter! Great flavor & a most satisfying breakfast! A real winner! [Made & reviewed in I Recommend recipe tag]

  3. These are great! I don't usually like blueberries (except in muffins) but these pancakes were not overpowered by blueberries. Served with recipe#341039, powdered sugar, and a few berries on top. Will make these again especially since my DH and oldest DS love blueberries! Made for I Recommend Tag.

  4. I used only all purpose flour. And I though I had frozen blueberries. In fact I had frozen mixed berries. So I tried to pick only the blueberries and blackberries. The pancakes had a great texture and great taste. Thanks ellie :) Made for Newest Zaar tag

  5. These pancakes are outstanding! The whole wheat seemed to add nice texture and flavor, not to mention fiber. We loved the hint of cinnamon and lemon with the blueberries. I doubled the blueberries called for. We like quite a few in our pancakes. Since there were plenty of blueberries in the pancakes themselves, we served them with real maple syrup. I highly recommend this recipe, and I'll be placing it in my "keeper" file to make again.

I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!</p>
