- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen blueberries, unthawed or 2 1⁄2 cups fresh blueberries
- 8 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- In an electric blender, whirl all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Refreshing and healthy smoothie. I used frozen wild blueberries and non-fat plain yogurt. Did not use milk; instead used 1 cup orange juice.
