In my 40 yrs. of cooking I have never made muffins OR used whole wheat flour, so I had no clue how these would turn out or taste. Well, I am eager to tell you, they are wonderfully easy to make and very tasty. I can't believe how light they are! The glaze is the perfect topper for these neat, really healthy muffins. I like the fact that they are not sweet-tasting, heavy or doughy. I will definitely be making these again! I'm so proud of myself. Thanks, Sweet PQ? for a recipe that sounded so simple it made me want to FINALLY make some muffins!! Made for New Kids on the Block Tag Game.
