  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Add melted butter with electric mixer.
  • Add eggs.
  • Add milk.
  • Add baking soda and lemon juice.
  • Stir in blueberries.

  1. They taste okay....not great. Didn't stay in muffin form. Next time I'll use half the blueberries, a little more sweetener and mix in a different flour that's also gluten free.
