Excellent and easy. Needs a little salt. Stirred blueberries into dry ingredients first so they didn't sink, mixed the wet ingredients, then stirred together. 18 minutes in silicone baking cups - made 11.

These are wonderful! They turned out perfect. They are light, fluffy and not too sweet. The blueberries shine! This recipe is a keeper. Made for Fall PAC 2012.
