I always make this for breakfast, is REALLY healthy for you and is really good!!!
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons sugar
- put all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and blend together until creamy.
- pour into cups and enjoy!
A nice way to enjoy blueberries! I did strain the drink and liked it that way. Thanks! Made for PAC(Pick a Chef) event, spring 2014.
