    Directions:

      Place blueberries and sugar in a blender with a few teaspoons of water and puree. Place lemon juice and water in a large pitcher. Strain blueberry mixture into the pitcher and stir well.

      Serve over ice with a sprig of mint for garnish.

      You can also make this an "adult" friendly drink, by mixing with 2 ozs vodka per serving.
