  1. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Pour into large shallow baking dish. Add bread slices, turning once to coat.
  3. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Combine blueberries, sugar, melted butter, cornstarch and cinnamon.
  5. Pour into greased 9x13x2" baking dish.
  6. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  7. Remove both pans from refrigerator 30 minutes.
  8. before baking. Place prepared bread on top of blueberry mixture. Spread softened butter on top.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 30-35 minutes, or until toast is golden brown and blueberries bubble.

This was really good! Quick and easy to make and really doesn't taste like any other french toast casserole I ever had! It has a nince sweet crumble topping that makes all the difference. Will be making this a lot in the future, thanks for sharing!
