Has peanut butter so watch allergies. From the topcrop.com (NJ)site under kids' recipes. Great after school snack drink. Healthy ingredients.
- 1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries, washed
- 1 cup milk, cold
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 -3 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
It has healthy ingredients though next time I would omit the peanut butter as it seemed to over power the whole drink.
Tastes great! I'm drinking it right now. It was really easy to make and I did it without honey (I'm allergic).
