  • 1 lb vanilla wafer
  • 14 lb oleo
  • 2 eggs, seperated
  • 12 pint whipped cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling

Directions

  1. Crush wafers, line bottom of 13x9 pan.
  2. save some for topping.
  3. blend egg yolks, powdered sugar, and butter until creamy.
  4. add pinch of salt to egg whites.
  5. beat till stiff.
  6. fold creamed mixture into egg whites.
  7. spread over crushed wafers.
  8. spread pie filling over the layer.
  9. whip cream spread over top.
  10. sprinkle remaining wafers.
  11. refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
