This was easier to make than I had thought. I couldn't find fresh blueberries at the grocery store so I bought the kind in a can...and it still came out delicious! It only took a few minutes to whip it together and the oven did the rest:)

Karen=^..^=, this pie is WONDERFUL!! I love that it doesn't have tons of sugar; it really let's the taste of the fresh blueberries shine. I also love the topping. I was a little leery of the about the small amount of butter but it gives a lovely crunch that stays crunchy even if you put the pie in the fridge. So many get soggy and icky after the pie sits, but not this one. It was a huge hit with everyone who tried it. Blueberries were plentiful this season so I will be making this during the winter when we need a taste of summer. Thanx again!

This was my first time making a fresh blueberry pie and it was fantastic! I did increase the cooking time by about 25 mins and it came out perfect. The crust did not overcook with the additional baking time, and the pie was set perfectly when cut into slices. The crumb topping was great, such a wonderful change from the usual 2 crust fruit pies. Served with vanilla ice cream :)
This is my son's favorite dessert. It's delicious and easy! I made just as directed and it was enjoyed by everyone, especially with vanilla bean ice cream. I'm going to try with frozen blueberries for Thanksgiving, at my son's request!

This pie was wonderful. Everyone liked that little crunch on top. I heated and served pieces with a small scoop of vanilla icecream and a dolop of whip cream! SO yummy! Very nice flavors in the pie.
