A yummy and fast (microwave) dessert that I clipped from a magazine (Chatelaine?)

  2. Transfer to lightly greased 6 cup microwave safe dish.
  3. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 1/2 minutes if using fresh berries, or 6 minutes if using frozen berries (berries should look thickened and bubbly).

Neat recipe! I rarely make microwave dishes, but I liked how this served two. I was impressed with the topping, since it gets nice and crunchy (I didn't know that was possible in the microwave!). The filling was nice and thick with the right amount of sweetness. Thanks Mums the Word, for posting a recipe I will make again and again. Roxygirl
